NCR Weather Situation: Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila, Bulacan, and CALABARZON. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms is expected over the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast to east will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
