SYNOPSIS: Easterlies affecting the eastern sections of Southern. LPA being monitored has already been dissolved. Expect NO new LPA to enter PAR within 3-5 days.

NCR Weather Situation: Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds coming from northeast to east will prevail and becoming northwest over Zambales and Bataan. The coastal waters along these areas will be slight to moderate.
