NCR Weather Situation: Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms affecting Batangas, Laguna and Quezon. Partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Light to moderate winds coming from northeast to east will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
