SYNOPSIS: 4:00 PM today, 29 September 2018 Synopsis: Trough of Typhoon with international name"TRAMI"(formerly PAENG) affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. (OUT

At 3:00 PM today, the Tropical Depression develops into Tropical Storm {Kong-Rey} , located at 1,815 East of Visayas with strength of 65km/h and gustiness of up to 80km/hr moving West North West at 30 km/hr. Expected  enter PAR: Tuesday (October 02, 2018).

NCR Weather Situation: Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast area will experience partly cloudy skies with possible isolated rainshowers. Light to moderate winds coming from north to southwest will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate, while becoming rough to very rough over the eastern coast of Quezon.
