NCR Weather Situation: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorm will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Light to moderate winds coming from the northeast to east will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
