NCR Weather Situation: Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds coming from east will prevail and becoming southwest to west over Zambales and Bataan. The coastal waters along these areas will be slight to moderate.
