SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon “Rosita” was located based on all available data at 980 km East of Aparri, Cagayan (18.0ᴼN, 130.9ᴼE) with maximum sustained winds of up to 200 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 245 km/h. It is moving West at 20 km/h. Northeast  Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.

NCR Weather Situation: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are expected over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast area. Light to moderate winds coming from north to northwest will prevail and the coastal waters along these areas will be slight to rough while rough to very rough over the coast of Zambales, Bataan and Quezon including Polillo island.
