SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the eye of Typhoon "ROSITA" was located based on all available data at 325 km East of Casiguran, Aurora (16.8 N, 125.1 E) with maximum sustained winds of up to 150 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 185 km/h. It is moving West at 15 km/h.
