PAGASA Public Weather Forecast Update for TYPHOON ROSITA as of 4:00 PM 29 October 2018.

Synopsis:  At 3:00 PM today, the eye of Typhoon "ROSITA" was located based on all available data at 325 km East of Casiguran, Aurora (16.8 N, 125.1 E) with maximum sustained winds of up to 150 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 185 km/h. It is moving West at 15 km/h.. 

• Issued at 8:00 PM: Stormy Weather over the areas under Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal (TCWS) No. 3 & 2. Travel by land is risky over these areas.
• Moderate to heavy rains directly associated with the Typhoon is expected over Northern and Central Luzon starting tonight (29 Oct). Residents in these areas, especially those living near river channels, in low-lying areas and mountainous areas, are advised to take appropriate actions against possible flooding and landslides, coordinate with the local disaster risk reduction and management offices. 
• Storm surge of up to 3 meters is possible over the coastal areas of Isabela, Cagayan, Aurora, Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte and La Union.
• Fisherfolks and those with small seacrafts are advised not to venture out over the seaboards of areas with TCWS and Eastern and Western seaboards of Southern Luzon, Eastern seaboards of Visayas, and of Mindanao.
• Expected to make landfall over Southern Isabela - Northern Aurora area by Tomorrow morning (5am to 7am) (30 Oct) and will traverse Aurora, Isabela, Quirino, Ifugao, .Nueva Vizcaya, Benguet and La Union. 
• Possible exit landmass by tomorrow afternoon and will exit PAR by Wednesday evening (31 Oct.)

Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region and Central Luzon and the provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino and Nueva Vizcay will experience Stormy weather due to TY "ROSITA".

Metro Manila, CALABARZON and the provinces of Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands and Camarines Norte will experience Rains with Gusty winds due to TY "ROSITA".

The rest of Bicol Region and the provinces of Mindoro and Marinduque and Calamian Group of Islands will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm due to Trough of TY.

The rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshower due to Localized Thunderstorm.
