WATCH: PAGASA Public Weather Forecast Update for TD "Samuel" and Typhoon {Man-yi} as of 5:00 PM, November 22 2018.

Public Weather Forecast Issued at 5:00 PM November 22, 2018

SYNOPSIS:  At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "SAMUEL" was estimated based on all available data at 395 km West Northwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (11.3 N, 115.5 E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 65 km/h. It is moving West Northwest at 30 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon. Meanwhile at 2:00 PM today, the eye of Typhoon {MAN-YI} was located based on all available data at 1,525 km East of Visayas (OUTSIDE PAR) (11.8 N, 139.7 E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 145 km/h. It is moving West Northwest at 45 km/h.

NCR WeatherCloudy skies with scattered rainshowers or thunderstorms will be experienced over Quezon and Rizal. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms is expected over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast to east will prevail and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
