PAGASA Public Weather Update for LPA as of 4:00 AM 25 December 2018.

Synopsis: Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.  The LPA [OUT PAR] is located at distance of 1,060 km East of Mindanao (3AM). Expected to enter PAR within today or tomorrow early morning.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITION



Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Davao Region and the province of Palawan will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands will experience Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains due to Northeast Monsoon.  Possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Central Luzon and the rest of Northern Luzon will experience Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.  No Significant impact.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.  No Significant impact.

The rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
