SYNOPSIS:  Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.  The LPA [OUT PAR] is located at distance of 1,060 km East of Mindanao (3AM). Expected to enter PAR within today or tomorrow early morning.

NCR Weather: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are expected over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast area. Light to occasionally strong winds coming from northeast to east will prevail and becoming northwest over Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales and Bataan. The coastal waters along these areas will be slight to occasionally rough.
