Synopsis: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "USMAN" was estimated based on all available data at 955 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur ( 8.5 N, 135.0 E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 60 km/h. It is moving Northwest at 20 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Extreme Northern Luzon.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITION

Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands will experience Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.  No Significant impact.

Ilocos Region will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.  No Significant impact.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
