Visayas Weather: Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to TECF. Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
