NCR Weather: Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms is likely to affect Quezon province. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Laguna, Rizal and Batangas provinces during early morning is possible. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Light to occasionally strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough while rough to very rough over Quezon province including Polillo Island.Weather Information is courtesy of DOST PAGASA.
