Synopsis: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 955 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (7.0 N, 134.9 E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon. According to Ariel Rojas, the LPA has already entered PAR 2:00 AM today, and is located at distance of 955 km East of Hinatuan Surigao Del Sur (3AM).
FORECAST WEATHER CONDITION
Visayas and Mindanao will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA. Possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Aurora and Quezon will experience Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No significant impact..
