SYNOPSIS:  Trough of a Low Pressure Area affecting Mindanao. Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.

Weather Condition:  Caraga, Northern Mindanao and Davao Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the Trough of a Low Pressure Area. Rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.  Eastern sections of Mindanao will have moderate to strong winds coming from the Northeast with rough seas. Elsewhere, moderate winds coming from the Northeast to North with moderate seas.
