SYNOPSIS:  Tail-End of a Cold Front affecting Visayas and Northern Mindanao. Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.

Weather Condition:  Central and Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region  will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm due to Tail-End of a Cold Front.  Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
