SYNOPSIS:  Trough of a Low Pressure Area affecting Mindanao. Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.

Weather Condition:  Mindanao will experienced cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of Low pressure Area. Eastern section of Mindanao will experienced moderate to strong winds coming from the Northeast with moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, moderate winds from Northeast to North will prevail with moderate seas.
