Weather Condition in NCR: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Light to occasionally strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough while rough to very rough over the eastern coast of Quezon province including Polillo Island.
