Synposis: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "FALCON" was estimated based on all available data at 710 km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (17.2N, 128.4E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 65 km/h. It is moving Northwest at 30 km/h.
