Tropical Depression"Falcon" Tropical Cyclone: ALERT Issued at 05:00 PM, 16 July 2019
Synposis: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "FALCON" was estimated based on all available data at 355 km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (17N, 125E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving West at 30 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon and Visayas.
