Synposis: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "FALCON" {DANAS} was estimated based on all available data at 225 km East Notheast of Basco, Batanes (21.5N, 123.8E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving North at 20 km/h. Meanwhile, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was esimated at 255 km West of Sinait Ilocos Sur (172N, 118E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon Western Visayas.   TROPICAL STORM "FALCON" HAS MAINTAINED ITS STRENGTH AS IT MOVES NORTHWARD. Forecast Position
