Synposis: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "FALCON" {DANAS} was estimated based on all available data at Calayan, Cagayan (1.9.2N, 123.9E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving Northwest at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon and Visayas. 
TS "FALCON" HAS MAINTAINED ITS STRENGTH AND ITS NORTH NORTHWEST TRACK.
