PAGASA Weather Forecast Update for New LPA as of 5:00 PM 25 August 2019.

Issued at 05:00 PM, 25 August 2019 Synposis: Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Western Visayas.
The New LPA is located at distance of 1,255km East of Visayas. The LPA is expected to enter PAR on Monday early morning. It is also expected to developed into Tropical Depression in the following day and will be called "Jenny". According to Weather Specialist Benison Estareja, the LPA when developed into Tropical Depression has landfall scenario over Norther Luzon.
