Issued at 05:00 PM, September 19, 2019 Synposis At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "NIMFA" {TAPAH}°was estimated based on all available data at 730 km East Northeast of Basco, Batanes°(22.4°N, 128.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is almost stationary. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon.
