Issued at 05:00 AM, September 20, 2019 Synposis At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "NIMFA" {TAPAH} was estimated based on all available data at 580 km East Northeast of Basco, Batanes (22.9°N, 126.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving°West at 25 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon.
