PAGASA Weather Forecast Update for TS "Liwayway" as of 05:00 PM, September 02 2019.

Issued at 05:00 PM, September 02, 2019 Synposis  At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "Liwayway" was estimated based on all available data at 400 km East Northeast of Baler, Aurora (16.9°N, 125.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to°80 km/h. It is moving North Northwest at°30 km/h. Also, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was at 490 km West of Iba, Zambales (15.2°N, 115.4°E).°Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and the western sections of Northern and Central Luzon.
