Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA and Bicol Region will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Easterlies.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorm.
