Issued at 05:00 AM, October 07, 2019 Synposis Easterlies affecting the eastern section of the country. Meanwhile, a Tropical Storm {Hagibis} is being monitored outside PAR and is expected to enter PAR by Thursday or Friday. The TS is moving westward of the country but has a low chance to make landfall in any part of the country. This TS according to PAGASA forecaster may intensify into a Supertyphoon.
