Issued at 05:00 AM, October 08, 2019 Synposis Easterlies affecting the eastern section of the country. Meanwhile, Typhoon {Hagibis} is being monitored outside PAR and is expected to enter PAR by Friday. Hagibis is moving West Northwest of the country but has a low chance to make landfall in any part of the country. This Typhoon according to PAGASA forecaster may intensify into a Supertyphoon.
