Issued at 05:00 PM, October 08, 2019 Synposis Northeasterly surface windflow prevailing over Northern Luzon. Meanwhile, Typhoon {Hagibis} is being monitored outside PAR and is expected to enter PAR by Friday and will be named Perla. Hagibis is moving North westward of the country but has a low chance to make landfall in any part of the country.
