Issued at 05:00 AM, November 18, 2019 Synposis: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "RAMON" {KALMAEGI} was estimated based on all available data at 205 km East Northeast of Casiguran, Aurora (17.2 °N, 123.8 °E), with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 105 km/h. It is moving Northwest at 10 kph.
REGIONAL FORECAST: Cagayan, Isabela, Apayao and Kalinga will experience Stormy condition due to TS -Ramon-. Possible floodings or landslides. Light to moderate damage due to strong winds.
Ilocos provinces, rest of Cagayan Valley and of Cordillera Administrative Region will experience Occasional rains with gusty winds due to TS -Ramon-. Possible floodings or landslides. Very light to light damage due to strong winds.
Central Luzon and the rest of Ilocos Region will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to TS - Ramon-. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
