PAGASA Weather Update as for New LPA of 5:00 PM 11 November 2019.

Issued at 05:00 PM, November 11, 2019 Synposis: At 3:00 PM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1,025 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (13.3 °N, 133.7 °E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.

REGIONAL FORECAST:
Visayas, Bicol Region, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Davao Region, and the provinces of Quezon, Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley and Central Luzon will experience Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.  No Significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms
