PAGASA Weather Update as for New LPA of 5:00 AM 12 November 2019.

Issued at 05:00 AM, November 12, 2019 Synposis: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 910 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (12.8 °N, 132.6 °E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.
REGIONAL FORECAST: 
According to PAGASA, this weather disturbance is likely to develop into Tropical Depression "RAMON" within 48 hours and may affect the coastal and inland areas  in the eastern sections of Luzon and Visayas during the middle and later part of this week. 
Visayas, Bicol Region, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, Caraga, and the province of Quezon, Marinduque and Romblon will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to LPA.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley and Central Luzon will experience Cloudy skies with light rains Northeast Monsoon.  No Significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe. thunderstormsthunderstorms
