PAGASA Weather Update for LPA and Easterlies as of 5:00 AM 2 November 2019.

Issued at 05:00 AM, November 02, 2019 Synposis  At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 240 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (8.8 °N, 128.5 °E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
Metro Manila,Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao and Zamboanga Peninsula will expereince Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to LPAs and ITCZ.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley will experience Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No significant impact.
Rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible isolated flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
