PAGASA Weather Update for LPA and Easterlies as of 5:00 AM 1 November 2019.

Synposis  At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 240 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (8.8 °N, 128.5 °E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.

Bicol Region, Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao , Zamboanga Peninsula and Palawan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to LPA.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorm.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes and Babuyan Islands will experience cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast MonsoonNo significant impact.

Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON and rest of Cagayan Valley will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Easterlies.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorm.

The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorm.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorm.
