PAGASA Weather Update for New LPA as of 5:00 AM 3 November 2019.

Synposis  At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) was estimated based on all available data at 420 km West Northwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (11.4 °N, 115.3 °E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.

MIMAROPA, Western Visayas, and Zamboanga Peninsula will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to ITCZ.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley and the province of Aurora will experience Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.  No significant impact.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible isolated flash floods or landslides during severe.
