PAGASA Weather Update for New LPA as of 5:00 PM 3 November 2019.

Issued at 05:00 PM, November 03, 2019 Synposis  Trough of Low Pressure Area (LPA) affecting Central and Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
Zambales, Bataan, Palawan, Mindoro Provinces, Aklan and Antique will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley will experience Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.  No significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible isolated flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
