REGIONAL FORECAST: Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, and Northern Quezon will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Tail End of a Cold Front. Possible flash floods and landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
