ISSUED AT 5:00 AM, 20 December 2019 At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 795 km East Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (5.9 °N, 133.1 °E). Trough of LPA affecting the northeastern section of Mindanao.

REGIONAL FORECAST:
Caraga, Davao Region, Northern Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, and Central Visayas will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA. Possible flash floods and landslides during severe thunderstorm.
Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora and Quezon Cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Easterlies. Possible flash floods and landslides during severe thunderstorm.
