ISSUED AT 5:00 PM, 19 December 2019 At 3:00 PM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 860 km East Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (5.9 °N, 133.7 °E). Trough of LPA affecting the northeastern section of Mindanao.

REGIONAL FORECAST:
Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Central Visayas, and Leyte provinces will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms du e to Trough of LPA. Possible flash floods and landslides during severe thunderstorm.

Cagayan, Isabela, and Aurora will experience Cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Easterlies. Possible flash floods and landslides during severe thunderstorm.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Easterlies. Possible flash floods and landslides during severe thunderstorm
