REGIONAL FORECAST
Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate and Samar provinces will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to tail end of a Cold Front. Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Quezon and the rest of Bicol Region will experience Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. Possible occasional gusts especially in coastal and mountainous areas.
Batangas will experience cloudy skies with isolated rains due to Northeast Monsoon / Volcanic Activity. Possible reduced visibility and mudflow during ashfall and light to moderate rains. Potential for isolated thunderstorms in the vicinity of the volcano.
