REGIONAL FORECAST
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region. Eastern Visayas, Aurora and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains due to Northeast Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered moderate rainshowers.
Batangas and Cavite will experience cloudy skies with isolated rains due to Northeast Monsoon / Volcanic Activity. Potential for isolated thunderstorms in the vicinity of the volcano with reduced visibility during ashfall.
