MC No. 11, S. 1996 | ELIGIBILITY - Classification of Positions which require skills not measureable by paper and pencil examination.

Category I - refers to positions in the list marked as Annex "A" which shall have a qualification standard (QS) wherein the required eligibility can be obtained only by passing a skills test administered by the TESDA.

Category II - refers to positions in the list marked as Annex "b" which shall have a qualification standard (QS) wherein the required eligibility can be obtained by completing one (1) year of satisfactory actual work performance.

Category III - refers to positions in the list marked as Annex "C" which shall have QS wherein no eligibility shall be required.
