TRANSACTION FEATURES OF PRC LERIS 2023 UPDATE

1. Examination

 - Online application of various licensure examinations with requirements to be submitted upon processing/issuance of Notice of Admission.

IMPORTANT NOTE: After passing the examination, the next step is to apply for your Oath Taking Schedule Online. You may check your LERIS account > Select Transaction > Oath for the available schedule, this is first come first serve.

2. Application for Oath Taking

Online application of various licensure examinations with requirements to be submitted upon processing/issuance of Notice of Admission.

Requirements: Application Number (from NOA) and Payment

IMPORTANT NOTE: After successfully attending your Oath Taking Ceremony, you'll need to schedule your initial registration in order for your to initally register for the issuance of licenses. Scheduling is also a  first come first serve basis.

3. Application for Initial Registration 

 -Online Registration of new passers/successful examinees for the issuance of their licenses.

Requirements: Application Number (from NOA) and Payment (P1,050.00)

IMPORTANT NOTE: You can also include together with your appointment date the request of certifications and authencations. You'll just need to schedule them on the same day. By doing so, you are able to reschedule your request during the application for certification request and remarks your reason.

4. Requesting of Certifications 

a. Certificate of Passing, Certification of Good Standing, Certification of Rating, Stateboard Verification

b. Authentication of Certificate of Registration, Certification of Rating, Good Standing, Passing and PRC ID.

Requirements: Application Number (from NOA) and Payment (P50.00 per copy of Certifications and Authentications)

5.  Renewal

Online renewal of Professional Identification Cards of Registered Professionals.

Requirement: PRC License Number (e.g. 0012345) and Payment

1. DUPLICATE

Online Application for PRC ID replacement, if lost.

REQUIREMENTS: AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS and VALID ID

3. ASEAN Professional

Online Application for registration as a Filipino ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) / ASEAN Architech (AA)/ ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA).

Requirement: PRC License Number (e.g. 0012345) and Payment

4. PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME

Online Application for Petition For Correction Of Entries/Data and Petition For Change Of Registered Name Due To Marriage.
