SYNOPSIS:   Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Forecast Weather Conditions

Visayas, Mindanao, Bicol Region, and MIMAROPA will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to ITCZ. Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
