SYNOPSIS: : Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao.

Forecast Weather Conditions:

Visayas and Mindanao will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to ITCZ. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and rest of Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers mostly in the afternoon or evening due to ITCZ / Localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms [1]
