PAGASA Weather Forecast Update for New LPA as of 05:00 PM 27 July 2020.

SYNOPSIS:  At 3:00 PM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 410 km east of Virac, Catanduanes (13.1 °N, 128.0 °E). Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao.

Forecast Weather Conditions:

Visayas, Mindanao, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, and Quezon will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to LPA / ITCZ. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers mostly in the afternoon or evening due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. [1]
