SYNOPSIS:  At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 310 km East of Virac, Catanduanes (13.5 °N, 127.1 °E).

Forecast Weather Conditions:

Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas will experience Cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rains and thunderstorms due to LPA. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to occasional heavy rains.

Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Zamboanga Peninsula, and the rest of Visayas will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to LPA. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers mostly in the afternoon or evening due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. [1]
